felling unsecured

dear sir,
my name is zohaib Hasan kifayat Hussain khan
0594413766 it's my sim number. today i contact to zain help line before one day I lost my sim kindly close it.
I shocked when he informed me that today this is transfer to a person which name is mumtaz ali.
how can he transfer with out original Iqama and finger print.

sorry sir i am felling un secure because there are many apps which were registered with my number such as imo, line, Facebook, , what's aap.
its also creating me a tension because my family pictures and videos I shared through these apps.
Sir please resolve it as soon as possible I am in tension and waiting for your kind response.

Sir in Abhur Jeddah there is network problem, when I'm selecting 4G or 3G network there is showing 2G signal I change my handset, restart handset, insert sim 2-3 times and this problem facing approx 350-400 peoples and signal points are very week showing 2 or 1 signal points. When using facebook, youtube and whatsapp videos searching only. Plz do the needful ASAP.

Extortion & Fraud

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

I received a call from this mobile number - 059 7479828 he said his name is Ali Abdullah and working in ZAIN Telecom Co.
saying that i won 200,000 SR in the ZAIN raffle promo and he will transfer the money under my name and iqama number. To claim this prize i need to buy 5 Zain recharge card worth 100, 2 recharge card with 300 load and give to him, so that they can release the prize. he knows all information in my mobile number like my full name and iqama number. it is very alarming that i only make the basma registration to this number only last Saturday April 30,2016.

kindly please check and investigate this matter monitor there illegal activities. Because they destroy the good image of you company. the mobile number is ( 059 7479828).

No Internet Connection or Slow Connection

Greeting,

We are facing last five days slow internet connection or no internet connection. We it was working very good. We are using zain connection more than 450 users in Aramco Camp, Khurays, Riyadh.

Request for Refund

I activated zain 10 GB internet pakage of 110 SR after that i got messages successfully activated pakage enjoy the service and in that only it was opt-out C10GB to 959 i was not knowing to check internet balance. So i thought i was messages to check balance so i send messages to 959 as ‘C 10GB ' they didn't ask any conformation messages and cancled my pakage without any information. And i call them they said i thought C means check 10GB by mistake i did that but they told me again i have to recharge the balance to reactivate the net pakage. I think this is not the correct way to deactivate the pakage without any conformation. I request to change this process and to reactivate my pakage.

Internet slow speed

very dead speed zain 4g lte mobil wifi
I have 4g Lte WiFi,I couldn't use in my home because I have to go another location out of my area.I informed to customers care but didt take action.more than 20times call to customers care but never mind my problem.

Actually i have only one Zain prepaid SIM, which i registered myself, under my iqama number,2347999746 but now i came to know that 9 other SIMS (unknown persons) is also is showing registration under my iqama number. My internet is very slow

Dear Sir,

I have buyed a 4g unlimited zain sim on Jan 6th 2016 for 350 sar for 3 months, in the beginning i had a very good speed internet connection and it was only for a week there was a good connection later on it started giving me a trouble. It doesn't even open a video of 3 minute and it is very slow and i was not a user of zain frequently and i need my money paid get worth so please help me sorting out the problem.
