Late deliver
Im very dissapointed with the service here.. I ordered loaded bowl potato 6.27pm.. And I receive my order 6.57.. Took half and hour.. Ohh god, she didnt even say sorry because so late.. Around 6.40, I go to counter and saw all staff stand at chicken bar instead they should stand at cash counter.. I dont see any customer yet waitinfgfor their meal.. Then one customer come and they stand for a few minutes until she noticed customer come then she go to cash counter.. After then I ask where is my meal and she said not ready without manners.. Im fo fcking pissed with service here! Please treat your staff well and dont be too slow!

Delivery service sucks
Spend yesterday's and today's noon trying to place an delivery order. However, we were informed we have to order after 1 hour due to system breakdown. Then later we tried again, the staffs refused to answer our call and we were disconnected in the middle of the call. Please terminate your business if you are incompetent.

VERY BAD SERVICE
I had very bad service at the KFC in Marion,va I was not happy at all!! Waiting over 30min for an order of 8piece crispy chicken... absolutely ridiculous! These owners really need to check in on there restaurants because there is nothing more than sorry ass kids worming at ALL of them!! HIRE SOME HELP PEOPLE!

Very Bad Service!!!
Totally disappointed with KFC Serdang Perdana Seri Kembangan.
Just visited KFC Serdang Perdana,Seri Kembangan on 3/12/2016 at 1.40pm.Computer at counters got problem,using manual calculation and record cause long queue..Fine!
While waiting,saw a scene..A guy take the boxes to the motor for delivery..One box fell on the floor..Don't care the box first and continue put others boxes to the delivery box on motor..But not responsible..The boxes all upside down..My phone not with me that time otherwise will take a photo. Disappointed with kfc delivery service when saw this situation. Fine!
The MAIN Point is I have ordered and take away 2 sets spicy dinner plate. When I prepare to enjoy kfc as my lunch@@ ,!!! suppose should have 1 potato(not remember the exact name) and 1 vege salad. Totally spoiled my mood and I'm really disappointed with KFC as be given 2 vege salad.Where is my favorite potato??!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to eat.............

Previously encountered problem also. I ordered dinner plate set(3 pieces of chicken) and paid. When back home that time, only 2 pieces in the box. But I have piad for the 3 pieces price.What kind of service is that?

Customer services mantop!! Senyum sampai customer longlaii, lg2 yg lelaki, sampai lupe nak order ape. Hahaha
tp....... ayamnye pulak x canteek. Kaler gelap, sejuk, liat pulak tue....
Bile perati betul2, sah nie ayam semalam x habis jual nie.... (bucket 9ketul tue....)
Dahlah order bungkus bawak balik, nak pulang campakkan kt muke diorg, 2@3 kali pikir sbb malas nak pegi semule. Hampeh betul!!!!
Baik tutup jela KFC outlet situ, org pon dah x ramai dtg, kosong jer memanjang...
Bile x habis, simpan n panaskan semule utk jualan the next day yer. Bijak2!!!

3) pkl 9.53 pm. saya nak makan dikedai, tp cashier ckp kfc dah nk tutup, wal hal, sy mkn tak tak smpai 30 minit pon..
4) beli set snacker box, dpt fries bole dikira .. adalah dlm 6/7 pcs fries sahaja..
5) beli loaded potato balls, crispy tenders hanya dpt 5/6 pcs sahaja..
so, nak pesan kepada manager tlg ambil tindakan yang sewajarnya demi kfc anda...

Chicken Tenders
I purchased the chicken tenders after watching the promo advertisement on TV. It was so enticing. But it turned out to be a big disappointment. The chicken tenders had very little chicken but heavily coated with chicken skin and breading. Please dont mislead customers. What I expect is just decent servings and value for my money. I will never recommend these chicken tenders to my family or friends. So disappointed with you, KFC!

Arrogant staff
Just bought my dinner 5 minutes ago. It is very disappointing to be treated arrogantly by the 'high positioned' crew member zuhaidi in Nusentral outlet. No greetings, no eye contact, arrogant face which i dont know in what bloody mind u think u should act arrogant when u r just a sad looking kfc crew and no thank you. The higher management please look at this matter seriously because the face he make will lose your customers appetite. Lastly,my advice to the Outlet manager, please remind your staff that it is not other persons fault that make your staff end up being a kfc crew. Please be responsible to the choice u make in life. My receipt number is 845-379. I will come again next week and i will make sure ill go to this loser. Better be a better person by then.

Manager very rude very horrible service nightmare staff attitude.
Very rude!! Very horrible service!!! An ecetptable at all..i went to kfc bukit bintang jln alor on 16/11/16 to buy my kfc for my husband as soon as i came to the counter the que is too long and only 1 counter open.i think about 15 customer waiting for their turn and only 1 counter open how bad is that!!!! The cashier who served us really rude while he pack the chicken he bang all the stuff seems like his too angry.i was standing almost 20min to get my turn and suddenly the manager came i dont know weather she is a girl or boy but for sure shes or he is the nanager over there.and he start to open another counter as a manager i think she or he must be been in the management training how to handle customer but i think he or she not deserved in that position.they way she or he served the customer she seems like shout while talking yo the customer omg!!!!! Kfc company whats is wrong with you staff!!!!! Please train your staff ask them.to be polite to the customer remember we paid they salary if we not buying kfc who giving ur company money!!!! And 1 more think that cashier who served me seems like lazy to talk i havent finish my order and he left when i told him i still want to order then he said nest time order 1 time not while im packing the chicken you still want to order more!! What the hell!!!!! Excused me ypur staff left while im stil talking!!! And i ask for chciken thight he gave me chicken wings kfc holding malaysia please train your staff properly they dont even know the chicken part which one!!!! And chicken was served too dark i dont know how long the keep in the hot cabin.and smell of old oil in that chicken.
I am regular customer buying kfc in sungai wang compare than sungai wang to jalan alor branch is 100000000000000 times sungai wang much more better service.i think who ever the incharge of the outlet please do someting with your outlet!!!! Its horrible service i ever had iny life!!!! Thank you very much.

1/STAFF TIDAK AMBIL ORDER IKUT APA YANG SYA MAHU.BILA SAYA SURUH DIA CANCEL ORDER TERSEBUT,STAFF KATA TIDAK BOLEH SEBAB SUDAH PUNCH DALAM MESIN CASH. PADAHAL SEBELUM NI BRANCH LAIN,KALAU ADA KESILAPAN BOLEH JER CANCELKAN ORDER YANG TIDAK BETUL
2/SAYA ORDER ZINGER BURGER COMBO SUPER JIMAT BOX , STAFF KATA KENA TUNGGU DALAM 15MINIT DAN MAKANAN AKAN DIHANTAR KE MEJA SAYA. bad service, impolite
It happened in KFC Outlet, Giant Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor at 745pm, 17th October 2016 (Take Away) I must say, the service is slow, queuing for almost half an hour for a less than 5 people. The lady was impolite, giving return change with left hand, her face and action looks tired and in bad mood. She don't give any receipt and she don't bother to ask when i mentioned she left out the lil zenger.
It was a bad service, she even lick her finger while preparing for the whipped potato. Must be it dripped on her finger. Then after i made payment, she do not hand over the plastic and still on the stack of trays. I have to take it myself.
I was disappointed and i did not expect KFC in Malaysia, the branch manager allow this to happens.
Kindly look into the matter.

Drive thru offline
I arrived at kfc kota damansara just around 9.30pm and its raining. How come they said its offline, to take order also offline? Common la kfc, you can bluff kids, but not grown up customer. Its raining and you force customer to order inside. How come drive thru cam be offline so early. Plus at that time counter also no customer. What is the point u put the drive thru counter and you said to customer offline, and its raining. Are you serious?!!

Chicken not fully cooked
Dear sir/mdm
On Wednesday, 12 October 2016 (lunch hour) my friend and i went to KFC Giant Supermarket Shah Alam, I am a great lover of KFC fried chicken but then when i already ate the chicken suddenly i found that the chicken not fully cooked. it really disappointed me because that time i was so starving and i have to stop to enjoy my meal just because that chicken spoiled me.
it also have a poor service, my friend ordered one set of sneaker box which is got fries, cheesy wedges, fried chicken and also drink. but then she told to my friend on that day, cheesy wedges have to wait for a while and she ask for us to sit first and she will get us when the cheesy wedges already cooked. we wait for 20 minutes and we already finish our meal yet still didn't get that cheesy wedges. again, it was disappointed me. twice issues in a day.
i hope this thing wont happened again because i know you guys can do it well. Thank you for your attention and I would truly appreciate that you take this complaint into serious considerations as i involves the service that is provided to customer and also the image of KFC.

COMPLAINT ABOUT STAFF ATTITUDE AND MONEY CHANGE
Hi, my name is NAJ AZRE and i went to KFC aman putera, kepala batas, penang at 7.22pm on 10/10/2016 for take away orders. the person in charge of taking the orders was very rude in every single sentence he talked and unfriendly at ALL. unfortunately he is currently the MANAGER ( grey and white colour shirt) named, ASROL by looking by his name tag. i do not think he is eligible for the position by the way he talk and and taking orders. i also notice he was rude with the previous customer.
secondly, im not sure whether the system was down because they were taking orders through pen and papers and no price stated at the cashier's screen. then the manager, ASROL the person taking my orders said it was rm 76.00 in total. so i paid him. after feeling abit suspicious, i ask him the receipt and went through it.
it was clearly stated that it was rm 75.20. and the cashiers name written on the receipt was BALQISH, and not him( ASROL )
i go back to him ask him what is the total TWICE and he said rm76.00 . i show him the receipt and he returned back rm0.80. when i ask him, " awak sengaja atau pun tidak "
and he proudly said " saya ingatkan senang kira". what a reply from him. speechless. However, he did say sorry with a rude way.
if i didnt take the receipt, i have been cheated rm0.80 and also facing a RUDE MANAGER named ASROL. and i ask him whether is the manager, and ask for his name, he refused to show his tag( i already knew his name when taking orders by looking his tag).
all in all, i dont think he should be your kfc staff MANAGER or even a kfc staff. if there are 100 staff like this stays in your finger licking good company, i guess there will be a chaos.
with this i give u the taxinvoice#: 801-156
i rarely give complaints but this is far far beyond my limits.
please do contact me back for any clarification and i want the management take SERIOUS ACTION about this unforgettable experience staff. TERMINATION of the staff is my suggestion. tx

Incomplete Food on the Menu

To whom it may concern:
I would like to complaint about services and food menu. I wanna ask, how come the staff in this branch ( AEON MALL Shah Alam Sekyen 13) the food menu it's not complete?? Just giving these Lunch set/Dinner set which is B, D, E & F!??? And it's supposed to be served at 12nn not earlier than that... What happen to the other COMBO MEAL that I wanna like to order or other customers to be order supposedly... It cannot even sold to this restaurant.. If your restaurant cannot served complete meals better no open early as if staff not ready.......It's so questionable that services is like this..... You got your international company name but it's bullshit of not maintaining things in your restaurant..
If your telling the reason not enough staff then hire and train them properly to do there work properly and responsibly.
In such a way people will and come to your said restaurant branch. You just putting business for what???
What way also your staff don't give receipts during returning change.
Better you improved your services and trained back all your hired staff.......

Staff Behaving Rudely
KFC Damansara Aliff Johore Store.
To the management of mentioned store. It's been a very unpleasant visit for us to the store recently on 25th September 2016 between 2015hrs to 2030hrs while we were placing an away orders via the drive through.
Never that we expect the 40ish malay lady that was entrust to manned the delivery orders via drive through counter was behaving in a such rude manners and totally unacceptable customer services skill that we thought all this while was emphasise to KFC'S staff members nationwide.
On that particular night visit, we have place an order and when we received the delivery, the concerned Staff did not handed one item of our orders. We only realized after we left the store and have to make another trip to the store.
The incidents is all about the rude behaviour of the lady whom did not even apologize and when we told her that the incidents of such thing is not the first time happen she's started saying that we merely acting snobbish and immediately slammed the glass window showing her retaliation whilst we are still talking/making a conversation to her.
Our concerned is not the food that were not delivered in the first place as it could be forgiven, but it's all about the way the staff attitude whilst attending to a customers complaint.
As a customer's. .we understand that a customers may not be right all the time but when the service staffs is behaving rudely when the fault clearly due to the services provided..it is definitely customers right to complaint such incidents for benefit of others and the concerned staff for her future customers she may attend to.

Saya ke kfc pengkalan hulu perak pada 25 september 2016..berikut aduan saya:
1)staff tidak profesional..selepas sy dan ramai yg beratur 20min baru diberitahu kaunter ditutup dan diminta beratur dikaunter yang lain dgn alasan telah letak sign kaunter tutup,sedangkan sign tersebut dihalakan kebelkang,dan mengelirukan orang..staf juga tidak profesional dgn tidak minta maaf.very rude!!!!
2) kualiti makanan- sy order ayam spicy tetapi pihak kfc beri ayam original yang sgt keras dan sejuk..sy xpasti ayam berapa hari dah digoreng dan hnya dipnskan semula.sy hanya buang ayam tersebut krna sgt keras..tolong la jaga kualiti makanan anda!!!
3) sy beli cheezy wedges dan kentang yang diberi masih mentah.
Sy dah serik nak jejak kaki ke kfc tersebut..

Saya ingin membuat aduan seperti perkara di bawah:-
1. Kualiti pesanan ayam (Original) agak 'overcook'.
2. Bahagian potongan ketul ayam semuanya bahagian dada.
3. Pelik : mengapa bila sampai di kotak berhenti kenderaan di kaunter 'collect' di minta untuk parking
menunggu di satu corner parking?Walhal pada waktu itu tiada pelanggan 'drive thru' lain di belakang.
4. Telah buat aduan melalui no telefon yang tertera pada resit (019-3316697).Tetapi jawapan amat mendukacitakan. Tidak munasabah disuruh pulangkan kembali (apa yg anda jangka utk order di 'drive thru' ada masa lebih ke nak return?disebabkan ini saya tong sampah kan makanan ini.
Perkara kejadian ini sebenarnya bukan sekali dua. Sudah kerap kali berlaku setiap kali kalau saya/keluarga membeli di branch ini. Memang inilah yang berlaku. Masih tiada perubahan. Saya bukan ada masa sangat nak membuat aduan sampai di sini kalau tidak memikirkan jenama KFC ini yg terkenal dan maju di Malaysia ini.

Late ! For more than 2 hours !!!
I had ordered twice for delivery and twice also late ! The first time was late about 1 hours! And the reason they gave me is because they can't find my address . But the second time they late for 3hours ! I ordered at 2:30 noon and they arrived at 5 pm !!!!!! Dear KFC ! I ordered it for lunch ! And now become dinner ?!!!!!!
What's wrong with your company ? You don't have a clock ?!!!!!!

KFC Outlet stingy
The restaurant are very stingy and not clean, as when I walk my shoe are sticky, I ordered the zinger burger, and I taste the chicken like fried in old cooking oil. Services also I find not good...... it's a bad mark walking in the restaurant not clean and it's located in a shopping centre.....

Saya alis tinggal di area gemas ingin bertanya...i ada order loaded potato bowl di kfc gemas negeri sembilan...staff kfc tersebut mengatakan loaded potato bowl tidak di jual lagi...jika ini tidak benar i harap pihak berkenaan ambil tindakan kepada pengurus cawangan gemas...jika ia benar saya mohon di seluruh malaysia stop jual loaded potato bowl...kerana loaded potato bowl adalah makanan kesukaan orang ramai...tak de la makan ayam je semata2...kualiti dan kebersihan makanan juga i hrp dpt dititik beratkan...jangan luar premis je nampak bersih tp dalamannya tidak bersih .ayam yang digorengnya selalu saja tidak masak sepenuhnya...hrp ada pihak tampil kehadapan

KFC tipu duit customer
Saya wani, hari nie 7/8/2016 sy ke KFC pasir gudang store id:1010381..sy telah membuat pesanan snack meal pada jam 6.00 ptg (jam dinding kfc). Sebelumnya sy telah beratur agak lama kerana hanya 1 kaunter dibuka...kemudian staf kfc telah membuka satu lg kaunter tetapi gerak kerja yg sangat lambat(sy telah ke kaunter yg baru dibuka)..setelah menunggu hampir 15minit sy telah oder snack plate Dan upgrade air...jam ketika itu sudah pukul 6.00 ptg. Sepatutnya staf kfc punch harga untk dinner treats tetapi dia tidak berbuat demikian...setelah bayar sy tgk resit Dan masa pada resit ialah 18:46:30 ini bermaksud staf patut kira harga dinner treat seperti yg diPAPARKAN...sy beritahu staf tersebut tetapi dia beri alasan dia punch sebelum pkul 6...sedangkan resit dah pukul 6...staf yg lain hanya ckp dia pekerja baru Dan tidak pulangkan baki duit...so disini KFC telah TIPU customer Dan ambil duit sy...
