rude kfc staff at kfc bemban melaka
I automatically feel annoyed when enter this restraunt then i saw there's an asshole women cashier that give a shit looked to me and my friend. Im tried to ignore it till, when she asked for our order and then out of the blue she told her friend to take our order with an fuc*ing annoying voice. Plus..since i entered the restraunt she not for a sec that she smile at us. When we take our seat, your staff make the restraunt like a kindergarden without respect the other coustumer. I just stare at the cashier, when there's a guy coustumer came in. The same cashier can give the most nice smile to the bunch of guy. I just wonder, how come kfc let this kind of staff to treat your custumer

inexperienced staff problem
Complaint of your staff at KFC outlet at Giant Hypermarket,Jln Samariang,Petra Jaya..going there on 29/01/16 at 8.30pm..only 1 staff (female)at the counter with 1 or 2 customer waiting..what i'm angry the most that there is no sign of which counter is closed until the other staff(male) came out (with a laugh) told me that i'm at the closed counter..and KFC staff (female) who take order didn't even care about what the term of 'first come first serve' basic mean..she know that i was there all along,she even wave at the people who was later than me without any consent of asking me...at least there a supervisor to be at watch..

food poisoning
Yesterday (26 Jan 2016) i buy set dinner at KFC Drive Thru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. there no incident regarding service but too bad I and my friend having food poisoning after eating the chicken. Its not me simply assume that the chicken might be the source for our food poisoning but trust me, both of us having same dishes which is your dinner plate and we doesnt eating anything else which is same for the whole day.
Too bad i'm having 4 time "awesome" trips to toilet and keep vomiting while my friend also facing same thing but in addition of diarrhea. We are suffering a whole night just because a plate of KFC chicken?! oh my god. i will never eating KFC again because it is not my first time having food poisoning. past 5 years before i already having diarrhea by eating your food. it takes me almost 3 years to gain trust back to eat your food and surprisingly it happen again.
Sorry guys for being rude but please double check the cleanliness of the chicken before you cooked it. It think you may know better than me regarding food handling to avoid salmonella contaminate the chicken isn't?or maybe you team could give a visit to the Nilai drive thru branch and check either they are following your SOP or not.
With all respect, sorry guys i will never eat KFC anymore unless KFC is the last option i have and i will die if i not eat it.

Urine on KFC drumstick
This afternoon (17/01/2016) went to KFC inside Giant Hypermarket at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Ordered Set A, B,and C with the request of two Original DrumStick for my kids, which I have to wait 20 minutes for it. When the drumsticks are here I peel off the meat for my kids. I tried the drumstick and it smell like urine. Faster I asked my kid don't eat the drumstick meats. I have heard stories of KFC staffs through the cooked chicken meat on the floor, urine on it, steps on the meats before serving to customer. Look like this time I experienced it myself.
No more KFC meats on my future menu.

i come frist to order...ask me wait 25min then i wait...then come all order give finish...then behind other order all have chicken then...then still ask me waiting for 15min then i only hv the order...no customer come frist then get frist?wait happend to tis kfc shop?...pay back full set for sorry?then i waiting near 45min like this to get my dinner?if you is me then what can you do?

Incompetence Services
This morning (Saturday 9th January 2016), I went to KFC Jalan Penjara Kangar for breakfast. I had ordered Classic Rice One With Single Piece of Chicken. When I received the item I come to notice that it without a piece of "square potato" (sorry I'm not the actual name of item), so I'm asking her (staff on duty) about that. She said... They will send later. After I finished my breakfast in 40 minutes later, I received nothing. I don't care if you want to raise the price or whatever .... But in this I feel cheated.

Poor service
I want to complain about a staff named SHAFIKAH who is currently working in kangar branch.
Today(6 December 2015) around 1p.m. My friends and I decided to take our lunch at kfc and one of my friend was taking a queue while me and the others stand by her. When it's my friend turn, she talked to us WITHOUT ANY EYE CONTACT with us. This action is so rude that i can't accept at all. Do you ever have any education before you come out to work? Other than that, she said me and my other friends (who were not in the line) were trying to cut the queue while in fact we were just standing beside her from the beginning. Her action caused one of a man started to yelled at us and said we were trying to cut the queue.
Her action makes us on our nerves and we sincerly looking for some actions taken and some punishment given to her as a warning.TQ.

KFC online delivery website
I tried using the KFC online ordering but unable to make the order. Each time, it would show the message "Unable to process your order due to overwhelming response." I thought the order couldn't be processed due to peak hour. So, I tried online ordering at different time. But then, the same message appear again even though I am sure it is not peak hour. The closest KFC to my area is around Seapark and SS2. Is this a website problem? if yes, could you please fix it soon?

We ordered set C n that set has 2 pcs of fried chickens. we explained to her that we wanted 1original and 1 spicy chickens. She was angry n thought that we wanted to order for another set after she finished key in our orders completely.
Besides that,we said "makan sini."She prepared our food and put into the box. Therefore,we said ‘makan sini’ to inform her again. Unfortunately, she debated with us. She said we said"bungkus"just now.
On top of that her attitude was so impolitely and unprofessional in the whole ordering process! Some more she didn’t provide us a receipt. BAD SERVICE!!!

Unfair treatment.
On 26th of September 2015 around 8:45 PM at Giant's KFC branch at Klang, I've encountered an unpleasant event while queuing up at the counter to place my order. Tax Invoice was 286-382 and the name recorded on the receipt was 16 ELYANA. I was queuing up patiently waiting for my turn and there were 2 separate customers in front of me. The first customer was an Indian lady while the next customer which was right in front of me was a Malay guy. When the Malay guy was placing his order, another old Malay woman walked over and stood next to him. The Malay guy placed a take-away order over RM100 and walked away with his orders. By right it should be my turn to be served. Instead, the cashier allowed the Malay lady to jump my queue and straight away entertain that lady. When i told the cashier that i was in the queue and that it should be my turn to be served, she told me the Malay lady is in the same queue. The cashier refuses to entertain me so i could only wait for the Malay lady to finish her order. What is surprising is that the Malay lady who jumped the queue ordered for a dine-in instead of take-away. How could this be? Being such a huge and famous organisation throughout the world, how could this kind of treatment be allowed in any branches of KFC? Please do ensure that proper ethics and attitude towards customers has been made known to ALL employees whether it was a part time worker or full time worker. I hope to receive a feedback as and when this matter has been further looked into.

very rude staff
yesterday( 22nd september 2015) around 9pm, my kids and i went to kfc outlet at Sentosa Klang. I have orderd 2 sets of 2rice plate sets. I have requested for an addtional plate for my 2 year old son. The staf whom anttertain me was TENGKU NURUL ASYIKIN told me that we dont have enough palate , so she gave me paper box. I told her nicely that my son can't eat rice in such a box it will be great if u can give me the proper plate. she insisted, we had an arguments . She gave me the plate n mumbbled about it and just left my change on the table without giving by hand. It was totally rude. I spoke to the manager MR. MUHAMAD AMIRUL. He was lovley man, he applogize to me and told me that she is new staff. I have seen her doing likr this few times to other customer also. Not everyone will open their mouth and launch a complain. I was very, very dissapointed with this staff. My complain here WHY DOES MOST OF THE STAFF IN KFC BRANCHES ARE SO RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS? WHY DONT YOU ALL TRAIN THEM, BEFORE PLACE THEM AT THE FRONT LINE TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS? KFC IS A BIG ORGANISATION, WHY THERE IS SHORTAGES OF PLATE IN THE OUTLETS? I wish, KFC HQ in Malaysia will do something about PR OF UR STAFF IN THAT BRANCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please look on to this issues immediately and greatly appreciate your prompt action on this matter.

Tuntutan Bayaran

Saya mahu penjelasan dari pihak atasan KFC, berkenaan tuntutan balik duit Typhoid dan uniform anak saya (Nor Effi Afizal) yg berkerja sementara di KFC cawangan Tesco Kulim Kedah, yang telah berlanjutan sampai sekarang. Untuk pengetahuan tuan anak saya berkerja di KFC Tesco Kulim pada bulan April 2015. Saya telah menyuruh anak saya membuat tuntutan duit (vaccination for typoid) sebanyak RM20.00 waulaupun saya mengunakan khidmat klinik swasta sebanyak RM60.00 (receipt no.BL00017639). Anak saya berjumpa En.Jasny iaitu seorang Manager di KFC tesco Kulim untuk membuat tuntutan. Menurut En. Jasny kelulusan perlu dari pihak atasan untuk membuat tuntutan.
Untuk pengtahuan tuan lagi, anak saya telah membuat surat perletakan jawatan pada 25hb ogos 2015 untuk ke IPTA. Surat itu di buat seminggu sebelum anak saya berhenti kerja. Sekali lagi saya menyuruh anak menanyakan duit typhoid kepada En Jasny. Jawapan En, Jasny duit yg ada untuk jamuan Hari Raya. Sampai tarikh 26hb Ogos 2015, selepas sehari anak saya berhenti, anak saya telah pergi untuk memulangkan uniformnya di KFC Tesco Kulim. Kemudian anak saya pulang semula dengan bajunya ke rumah. Menurutnya untuk membuat tuntutan uniform perlu ada slip gaji bulan pertama iaitu bulan April 2015. Setahu saya, anak saya tak pernah dapat slip gaji sampai dia berhenti kerja. Saya tidak berpuas hati, jadi saya bertanya kepada manager KFC cawangan lain di Kulim Kedah yang hari-hari saya jumpa. Saya bertanya kepada mereka mengenai perkara tuntutan ini. Jawapan mereka senang saja, tak ada masaalah. Tidak ada sangkutan dengan jamuan raya atau lain-lain..(bayar sajalah apa nak susah). Saya jadi hairan, kenapa cawangan KFC di Kulim ada peraturan yang (double standard). Pada hari khamis 10hb September 2015, En Jasny datang berjumpa saya dan marah kepada saya. Dia kata dia malu saya ceritakan perkara ini pada Manager cawangan lain. Dengan nada yang tinggi, angkuh dan sombong dia kata, siapa yang berkerja dengan dia..saya atau anak saya. Dia kata keputusan untuk bayaran di tangan dia. Kalau keputusan di tangannya kenapa duit saya berjumlah RM70.00 masih tak diterima. Semasa En. Jasny beredar dia sempat berkata kepada saya yang dia tidak akan hormat saya lagi dan perkataan terakhir yang saya dengar dari mulutnya ialah (rm70.00 pun nak bising).
Perkara sebegini tidak akan berlaku kalau kita mudah meminta maaf dan bawa berbincang, samaada kita betul atau salah (kurangkan ego kita sebagai seorang manager). Kebajikan pekerja perlu di jaga. Apa guna pangkat kalau staff bawahan tidak hormat kan kita,
Sekali lagi saya ingin berterima kasih kepada En. Nasrol (shift Manager) yang banyak menolong, mengambil berat dan memberi peringatan kepada En. Jasny mengenai perkara ini, walaupun kurang mendapat perhatian....Harapan saya perkara ini dapat penjelasan dari pihak Tuan.

opening KFC shop in Pangkor Island
Dear sir,
Would like to bring to your attention that knowing your group is going to open a branch in pangkor island at Taman Mutiara Pangkor.
I would like you to study the shop rental as I know you all are paying far too expensive rental which I believe around 3 to 3.5k per month.

KFC Staff Smoking in Male Toilet
04th September 2015, about 1700hrs, i was inKFC Kota Damansara having my meal.
After the finish, i went to toilet. I saw few of KFC's staff were enjoying their smoking in toilet.
Out of sudden, i feel like i am in Genting highland where got very thick fog. But this is a toilet.
I feel uncomfortable with the smell and smoke.
Before entering toilet, i notice there is a sign " No Smoking" was stick on the toilet door.
In fact it was not 1st time i bum into this situation in the same restaurant.
I hope, management will look into this matter seriously.

Bad service and rip off
Aug. 6th 2015. Now, 815-840pm, that's how long we wait in a line of only 4 infront. 2nd counter from right. She work so slow and hug an empty bunket walking away to back to chat. Leaving the customer. Plus when told by back line have to wait 5mins, she just slow down even more, doing everything and nothing. Letting the back customers wait. She could have just told THE customer to wait by the side. But no! Watch your CCTV to confirm this. And lastly she charge me 20¢ for the plastic bag for TAKE AWAY! I bought take away, why does she have to charge me for plastic bag for take away order!!?? Other KFC outlets on the island does not charge me! Please give me an explenation for this.

She used rude words with high voice tone. She also shown her rudeness thru her body language.

I would like to complain about the staff who work in today which is 11 June 2015,
my complain is really not a big deal but I cant accept the service there. It's been a long time since I've ever go to the KFC Pekan, Pahang. My visit today start with a good mood, the facilities was so nice than before, they change almost everything and to tell the truth I love the concept back there. I really enjoyed it there. Getting in the cue while looking for the menu then I saw the staff there doesn't even smile to any customers. It was a really long cue and to tell you the truth I hate to wait it like that. I don't feel like welcomed there. On my turn to do the ordering, the staff that greet us don't even look at us and they cant ask us politely, I really pissed off. The way she treat us make me want to get out from that place and never come back. Its such an annoying feeling when you start with a good mood but ended up with this kind of feeling. I really hope on my next visit this is going to change.

Where are the butter buns??
HOLA!!!...i hope you guys on the management team will work out to solve tons of complaint/feedback received from your customers...okay...here are my complaints...my wife's office ordered a few combo meal JUST NOW e.g:- snack plate...dinner plate (and sort of)...but when the food arrived...paid the bill and so so...and of course the delivery guy went back already after received the payment...then we found there are NO butter buns in the combo...suppose in the combo will have ONE butter bun each in it...they didn't gave any...another one that we ordered are the WEDGES...that's right...POTATO WEDGES! and they gave us ONION RINGS!!! now i wanna ask you...is the operator deaf or what? i mean...LOOK!! how bad the KFC services here...look how many complaints have been made!!! PLEASE...OPEN YOUR EYES...YOUR EARS...AND TAKE ACTION A.S.A.P!!! I'm a big fan of KFC...If this problem still continues on and on...KFC will be off from my favorite list...think about it.

Rude worker and cleanliness
Today I went to KFC branch at GIANT Kuala Terengganu around 13.13 pm. I had been served by the worker named Azlinda who didn't smile and been rude to the customers. As during my turn, i had stated my order but want to change the beverages but the worker answering rudely to my order with " tahulah nak air gas, tapi yang mane?'. I know it is nearly lunch hour but her attitude is very annoying and pissed me off. There is also no single apologize and good word from her. I try to contact the branch office thru the phone number on the receipt but currently unanswered. After I'd got my order, i driving home ready to chunk in my snack plate into the stomach but been disturbed with the smelly smell from the chicken. As far as i know, KFC policy only served freshly frying fried chicken to the customer but in my case what I'd got is a smelly unfresh looking fried chicken. The chickens is not tasty and it look like it has been fried again
I wish, KFC HQ in Malaysia will do something about my feedback or more likely to say complaints.Thank you for your attention and I would truly appreciate that you take this complaint into serious considerations as i involves the service that is provided to customer and also the image of KFC.

KFC RESTAURANT MALAYSIA
Greetings - Yesterday 21/04/2015 4.45pm I patronized KFC at Jalan Universiti. I asked for take away - 2 Sets of Tuesday Treats Snack Plate. None, no such offer I was told, but I told the Indian girl Cashier that I was pretty sure this promotion is on for year 2015 continuous offer from year 2014 to which I've been a regular customer. That girl by the name of MAZITA just next counter to the indian girl answered but was quite rude in her reply - making me felt "terhina". Its such a humiliation being told in such a manner with her facial expression that I'm like begging for cheap treats, after answering me she immediately turn to her customers totally ignoring me.
Whats going on. Why are your staffs in all KFC restaurants in Malaysia not brief thoroughly over your products. I've come across staffs who do not know the package set that I order - I have to explained to them.
Off late I notice theres a decline pertaining to services given by most KFC outlets. Texas Chicken was the other way round, they are attentive and apologetic.
When delivery is concern, your telephonist aren't professional too. Try odering Nandos, Dominos and you'll understand what I'm trying to say to KFC Malaysia.

Rude Kfc Supervisor at Quill Mall City
I went to Kfc Quill City Mall on 16 January 2015 at 6.15pm.While queue supervisor name Zaleha was not smile and rude to one of customer,"she yelled to customer "i said 10 minutes".When come to my turn I asked her "kenapa awak tak senyum dan kasar dengan customer" She said"saya marah encik ke" My answer to her "awak supervisor sepatutnya hormat customer" She just show her anger and challenge me launch complaint to Kfc Customer Service.Her impolite attitude is unacceptable!!This is my 1st bad experience with kfc staff.How come kfc can hired impolite supervisor she supposed to smile and polite!!Seeking your explaination!!

Poor Cleanliness
I just finish a meal with my family at your Sunway Pyramid outlet. Its New Years so we understand the crowd and the long queue but what is unacceptable is the cleanliness of the place. The tables were left un-cleaned long after the previous customer left. There were easily 15 empty tables but all were not cleaned. There were two staff cleaning tables but they were only cleaning tables that were to be closed. This happen at 9.10pm and as far as I know the outlet closes at 10.00pm. Is it a standard practice for cleaning crew to close certain sections one hour before closing time? The place was so dirty....the tables were dirty...the floor was dirty...the hand wash area was dirty... I cleaned my table myself while the cleaning crew watch and not even offer help.What is happening to KFC? Kindly ensure the outlet manager gets this complain and improvement is done.
