The online seller had posted my item at 06/06/2018. Based on the status, my item already reached poslaju branch in my area since 6.41 am at 09/06/2018. How come they didn't try to deliver my item today?...

I have yet to receive my item from Poslaju. Item arrived in KL through USPS on 18 May.

No status update from Poslaju since 18 May. Been informed by seller, parcel is already with my local postal service.

Company clearly mentioned that the cheque has been deposited.
The person from the RAK recovery had communicated in much arrogance and verbal abusing.
