What a terrible company. I am being billed for items I did not order.....$95.00, $85.00, etc. What a scam. Having my credit card company stop the charges, and block them. Will go to the website and see what I can do to contact the company....

Placed an order on 12-7-12
They have not shipped anything on there website it says order shipped
I have managed to talk to someone on 12-27 she said they could find no shipping info and would get the order out the next day

I returned equipment as requested by Dish. Then a month later I was informed that they had not received part of the equipment and that I would be charged over 280 dollars. I carefully checked the codes on all the equipment and shipped it back UPS using the shipping labels they had provided....
