I can say that after personal experience with this site I fully believe that there are scam issues and fraud issues with this site. Here are my points about this site:

I have a copy of their funding guide and found that several Canadian funding sources are missing. They claim to have the most complete and up to date guide available. Are they not suppose to update their guide and website database for their clients? For example, I found this one funding source...
