Months after the incident, I finally have the courage to make this complaint against one of your despicable, insensitive and inappropriate employees. This employee's comments were so rude and so vulgar that I wasn’t sure how to begin writing this.

I had 1 session of cool sculpting on my stomach that cost $3,000. After the session, I was then told I would need a 2nd session for maximum results. I told the gal that’s all I had was $3,000. She assured me I will see great results anyway. I was also told to wait a year for best results....
