Gail, get in touch with the Better Business Bureau in Tampa, as they're also investigating a complaint I made against these scammers. They have so many complaints lodged against them. and may be able to help you....

I, too have experienced the exact same thing with this company. I placed an order in Sept. 2011 and two months later still had not received it. After contacting them 5 times with no reply, I finally got an email that said my backordered items were being cancelled and they would issue me a refund....

I had to xl my flight which was very important besides the sentiment behind it, due to a 2 day migraine on the same day I was suppose to take off. On the very same day, in the PM, I felt better and wanted to rebook for the next day. They said I could use the ticket if booked before May 2012....
