I, too have experienced the exact same thing with this company. I placed an order in Sept. 2011 and two months later still had not received it. After contacting them 5 times with no reply, I finally got an email that said my backordered items were being cancelled and they would issue me a refund....

We called in and told NPMG 1-800-324-9825 and told them we are sending the credit card machine back and that we would not be renewing the contract with them that was January 27, 2012, the company Lease Finance out of New York did get the machine back, then on 2/24/2012 merchant services took...

I had to xl my flight which was very important besides the sentiment behind it, due to a 2 day migraine on the same day I was suppose to take off. On the very same day, in the PM, I felt better and wanted to rebook for the next day. They said I could use the ticket if booked before May 2012....
