Martenity Leave
I submite my martenity leave documents November 2015 I came back to work in May 2016 but im still waiting for my martenity leave money on the 3th August I receive a message that say I wil get my money in 7-10 days but still nothing its been 3 weeks now I pay my UIF money each and every month but I get such poor service im so so disappointed in you guys you are so fast to open a case agains our bosses but now you are doing the same you don't care about us its been 8 months now im waiting for this money you just take us for fools because there is nothing you guys do im really not happy for the service we get from Labour I owe a lot of people because I didn't get money for those 4 months I was on martenity leave I promise them they going to get the money last week my Case No:10004781916 if you don't pay my money this week I wil go to my lawayers and open a case because we are just stupid fools in you people eyes .

No feedback on UIF claim
It's been 4 months that the company I worked for has closed and all the workers had to claim UIF. Most of the workers have already been send sms's to confirm the date they would receive their first date they will be paid, but still I haven't received any feedback. I go to the offices every week but they only say that I need to be patient. It's getting tough and I urgently need to start receiving the money each month until I find another job.

UIF maternity not paid yet
I have submitted my UIF Claim for Maternity on the 12th April 2016 ,case no10004869444 with all the relevant
Supporting documents , on the 14th received a message that claim was received and to be communicated with in 35 days,
on the 10th May I got a message that UIF approved the claim and I must submit request for payment which I had done on my initial submission,
on the 26th April I submitted the baby's birth certificate.
On the 27th April received an sms that the request for payment received finalisation of payment in 7-10 days.
On the 1st August I resumed work still no payment from Department of Labour, on the 02nd August I went check my claim I was told to call on Friday the 5th August I called and was on hold for over 35minutes and I run out of airtime.
On the 8th August I went back to Department of Labour I was told I should fill in another request for payment because it shows that I have not submitted one.
On the 11th August I received an sms that UIF to pay in 7-10 day.
Whole 3months with no pay and nobody gives me a valid reason how come I'm not paid yet. Please I need this to be attended to urgently.

Claim rejected
I got outcome of my claim to say it's rejected Case number 10004601685. I cant's even afford to call call centre or go to labour centre. please assist. I'm about to loose my house. I have contributed to the fund for about twenty years. This is really unfair

No Notification after 35 days
I applied for UIF and got sms that I will get response within 35 days. I tried to call and ended up running out of airtime. I really need the money, all i need is confirmation when I will be paid.

Its been 3days Friday Monday and today an we don't get any service they keep on telling us that they offline we sit here in the morning from 6 till 4 and don't receive any service so what now it costs us money to come here everyday please help

UIF claim rejected
I applied for my maternity benefit on the 6 of June 2016 @ kwaMhlanga labour centre. I submitted all the documents required and were submitted through to Department of Labour in Witbank. I was told to come sign on the 13th of July. But on the 10th I received an sms saying my claim was rejected due to Ui19 which was submitted. I went back to kwaMhlanga they resubmitted it and said I must come sign on the 16th of August. I'm worried because I haven't received any correspondence and I'm now forced to go back to work early. Uif still not paid
I have applied for Uif in January as I was retrenched,everytime I went to the labour department they told me one of my documents are missing,everytime I hear a different story from one agent to another,I have spend almost six months trying to get my application approved with no luck until I requested to speak to a supervisor who was very helpful and within a week I was called to come and sign but when I got there the bank details they had on my application didn't belong to me only God knows how they got the wrong details when I have given them my bank statement I went home then I was called again within 2days to come and sign then finally it happened I had hope,but up until today my uif is still not paid and am supposed to go back on Monday the 15th to sign for my 2nd payment,no answer when I call I must say the Labour Department in Garankuwa it's the worst.pls anyone help my number is 0794151234 this is my 8th months and am really not happy

UIF
I applied for my maternity UIF on the 6 June and I was told to come and check after 8 weeks. When I got there I was told my documents haven't been processed yet that I should re-submit the UI19. I re-submitted that UI19 . In July I was told the same story and now its August and my documents are still hanging somewhere. This is pathetic really.Please provide me with feedback

Maternity benefits short paid
In July 2015 I applied for maternity benefits as my company was paying a percentage of my salary and the balance was going to be paid by UIF. I did get my payments however they were much less than was expected, according to my employer and the HR department UIF should have paid the difference between what I received at work and my normal take home salary, this was not the case. when I complained I was told the payments were correct, I know they were not, I had claimed maternity benefits before! I was then told to lodge an appeal which I did in November. To this date I am still waiting for feedback, the only correspondence I have received thus far is a rate the service survey! The officials working within this organization need to understand that we have UIF deductions paid timeously every month, no issues, when it is time to claim we expect the same.

Uncaptured documents
I applied for my maternity UIF in May and I was told to come sign in June. When I got there I was told my documents haven't been processed yet that I should re-submit the UI19. I re-submitted that UI19 and I was given a date for July. In July I was told the same story and now its August and my documents are still hanging somewhere. This is pathetic really.

UIF Pending
Hey..after i send all my document i received an sms indicate that i must come and signed and i did. about a week later i receive an sms saying my UIF is finalized i must wait for 7 - 10 days. nothing happened( NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE) I've been back there in Braamfointen several times, after the tenth weeking days and it's been a month since then. and every time I'm told it's PENDING!!!!i must just wait. kindly assist with this matter coz it's been a while now....contact me on 078 645 2834

Maternity benefits claim
I am currently on maternity, since 01 June 2016, applied for maternity benefits at the witbank labour department after making sure of all I needed to bring in.
My claim has been rejected for the 2ND time, first they needed the UI19 form, this form was given in when I applied, second they said no doctor MP number was given, but this number is on the UI-3.3 form also given in.
I have no source of income and I'm in my 3rd month of maternity leave, I have a baby to look after, and cannot afford the basics due to my claim being rejected again.
Please can someone assist, as I am tired of holding on when phoning in to get help, just to have them put the phone down in my ear, and standing in long queues with a small baby in the cold just to have my claim rejected again

Unpaid UIF
I was retrenched in 2012 and I applied for UIF, I submitted all document and sent them to the Nelspruit branch, as I was looking for work so I missed my date for a follow up. Eventually I went back I was told that my pay out was ent back and I was given another form to fill and was told to return in 7 days I did just that and They said there was a problem the money is there but I was late. I moved to Durban and I went to the Prospection office, they picked it up but I was told they can't do anything, the consultant advised me to get any kind of work and leave after a while and reclaim. I was shocked. I called the call centre the guy was so rude he told me that I must do as the consultant said and he dropped the phone. I have been unable to find any form of work and I have no income whatsoever, I have been unemployed since 2012. Please tell me how do I get my money.

overpaid payment/no payment
I have submitted my claim first week of April, around may I went back to check the progress of my claim at Kempton park branch I was told payment couldn't be processed coz there is overpaid that reflects on my account. I then went to Nigel I was advice that everything its on order I will receive my money in 5-10 days. when that didn't happen I went back again yesterday the 1st of August I was told the same thing that overpayment was made on my account. my question is why couldn't they pick it up when I first register on 30th of June. They have given me the second date to sign for my pay-out which was 1st of August. how was I overpaid and when? UIF Maternity Application
I have applied for UIF for maternity benefits and have been told my bank account is closed yet it’s not closed after 2 months of waiting, I then got a letter from the bank stating that bank account is still active and submitted that’s. VO consultant has requested I submit a re-issue form and go back to the bank to fill in the same form I filled for the UIF office three times already and I did with no complaints still until this day I have followed up with no success. hey iv applied for UIF on may 7 2016 under the department of labor in mthatha,a person who assisted me is Ntambzonke Tinzi,i received a message informing me that my UIF claim is under process, then a month after i received another massage telling me my UIF claim is rejected,so i called the person who assisted me at labor(Ntombzonke Tinzi) and she said its probable the matter of computers the system is running slow otherwise the UIF claim is still processing on East London.Im just afraid i might run out of time because she doesnt answer my calls anymore plus i know the person i use to work for is so corrupt therefor im afraid he corrupted all this.i need help

Hi I have been waiting since the 6th July for my last payment, when I call the Nigel office to speak to lindy she said she will look into it an then she mailed me cc in Reuben from the same branch saying the systems were down it will take an extra 3 to 4 days, I then seen no payment an called again s
Lindy says it will take another 5 to 6 working days I find it strange systems can be down for almost a month, who can assist me please I have commitments an I cannot honour my payments,

Good day
I submitted my application for maternity leave on the 14 April 2016 at the Department of labour in luipaardsvlei. and I was told to wait for 3 weeks and later on got an sms stating that the application was declined due to absence of other documents. Went to appeal and was told to wait for three weeks and I have been going back nd forth,waiting in long queues for nothing is frustrating and It looks like I will return to work without getting any cent.please help Me!!!

reopen of i.o.d claim
Good day to whom it may concern; my name is Henry and i need some urgent information what to do; i got injurt at work in 2008; and when threw several operations my right knee; in 2012 the doctor done a total knee replacement; and it fine untill now; some oof the equiment when loose and he needs to do a rebise operation; we then applied for a reopen at compensation fund to and approve the reopen so that the doctor can do the operation; i was been told.that my claim has not been approve because the x-ray results show no loose equiment stated; but according the doctor the x- ray does not show every fault; and my condition is getting worse and i mate loose mh leg if i do not go for this operation; with all due respect the lady who are handling my claim does noy care; would you please assist me; my claim no:A8-040141; my number:073 245 4233
