uif claim maternity benefits
Please help I am completely in awe of all the incorrect information follow ups ending into nothing I have been trying to get my claim paid as I was told there was a duplicate transaction for me BT the consultant promised a week an a half back he will fix it and send it to the assessor to pay my claim I stopped working end December.Start January I went to Belleville uif office twice was told my documents are in order I must submit my claim online after struggling t get the correct program on the 22nd Jan I registered. I then had to fax my forms which i did all the time i Checked online on the 10 Feb the status of the claim WS assessor completed up until now no new activity I have been phoning ever since trying to find out what the delay is. A week an a half back the consultant promised they will fix the duplicate transaction...today I phone labour department cape town office the lafytold me there is a delay because 2 days ba k a Mr Benjamin Botha from George declared I'm his domestic from 2013! And I have to get a letter stating I never worked for him..really..how can I have a permanent administrative work full time and go and domestic for a person in George I was told the only way was to get a letter.I phoned Mr Botha from George and he was so rude with me he told me to f off and if the department made a mistake they must fix it I don't know how something like this canhappen as this man said he didn't submit anything on the 24th of February he registered his domestic 2 years ago! LABOUR DEPARTMENT
My husband submitted all hsi documenst at teh labour department in Spetember 2015, to date everytime he appreas on the date given by teh labor department he gets told that his UI-19 has not been captured and it is not there fault it's Labour departmenst head office who is not capturing the documents, I myself have called the labour departments call centre they asked me on numerous occasions to sent through the ui-19 which i have done but each time i call back they give the same excuse that there might be a back log and therefore the capturing department has delayed in capturing, in the mean time ther is no income comming in how does the labour department expect men who are the bread winners of the home to feed there families. a back log for a week yes or two weeks this has been going on for 5 months, is this the governments way of trying to delay paying the claim in the hopes that eventually people will get fed up and just not return for there money, this is not on.

Martenity uif claims
I'm very dissapointed and actually disgusted, applied for my uif in august15 while I was pregnant by September my maternity leave started all requirement submitted, my baby was born in October,went back to labour myself when my baby was 3days I had to still join such long que to present my child birthcertificate,they kept on telling me wait for the next 30 days for an approved SMS nothing received,now i am back to work also went to labour offices in kemptonpark they wanted a birthcertificate again n told me within 10days they will pay me ,what a waist of time only paid me R400.00 for what i dnt know ive been working for full 6years not even one day where they will not deduct. maternity uifclaim complaint
I received my first claim in November 2015 ,I've applied on the 23 November I received an sms saying within 10 days my money will be in by first week of December .I waited until I WAS TOLD IN December that it was cancelled because I didn't bring the birth certificate of which everytime I WENT TO Braamfontein offices I will submit a birth certificate ,a yellow form and affidavit but I 've been there every week mR Manzini will say all my documents are there I must wait but still they are not on system still .I've signed more than 3 times for the second payment and I'm still not paid .is there any help that we can get from labour department

UIF DECLINED
I APPLIED FOR MY UIF ON THE 4TH OF NOVEMBER AND I WAS TOLD TO COME ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER TO WITH I WENT AND I WAS TOLD TO COME ON THE 16TH OF JANUARY AND WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS TOLD THAT NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER APPLICATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED I MUST COME BACK ON THE 22ND OF FEB. ON THE 19TH OF FEB I GOT AN SMS SAYING MY CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED. I WENT TO THE OFFICES AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS DECLINED BCOZ ITS MISSING A IU19 FORM BUT WHEN THE LADY WHO WAS HELPING ME LOOKED IN MY FILE IT WAS THERE. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY. Kindly Please assist regarding my UIF CLAIM , As since my application after retrenchment , I have Not received any info regarding my approval which was supposed to be before the 17/02/2016 , and to please take note that i have been a loyal citizen with regards to my PAYE and Monthly UIF Contributions on a Year to year long period basis , But yet i was sent back home stating NOT YET APPROVED. ( HOW LONG DO WE WAIT AS BREAD WINNERS IN OUR FAMILIES!!!)

Uif claim rejected
I went into the offices of dept of labour and submitted my forms . then I get a date to come back on the 18th of Feb 2016 to sign for my uif money. I give in my forms and was informed that I will be notified later on if I am approved . I didn't quite understand what that meant because according to me there is no problem . I received an SMS later today stating that I was rejected . I am shocked and very disappointed because I was waiting for this money . I know this message will fall on deaf ears
i have been trying to get my Merternaty money for the past year now and to date i get the same feedback that my documents are outstanding. i have been submitting my documents over and over and over again and even get confimation that it has been read and delivered but some how nothing is happening. Im so disgusted with the service. when calling the contact centre they are so rude and will treat you like your nothing. I mean im not applying for a loan i pay UIf for this reason but you will swear that i am borrowing the money. Im really disgusted with this service

UIF Claim registration - OFFICE HOURS??
The office hours are noted as 07h30 - 16h00. I was at the office on 10 Feb 2016 waiting in the long queue from 07h30 in the blazing sun till 14h00 after which I had to leave to pickup my granddaughter from school approx 18 kilometers away, in the meantime staff coming and going doing private shopping and getting takeaways. Returned Tuesday, 16 Feb 2016 as registering for unemployment is noted for Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I was given documents to fill in after waiting for 5 hours. Returned Wednesday, 17 February 2016 at 14h50, waited in a queue of 6 people, then told I am too late. I need to go early in the morning, 07h00 to be assisted during the morning as they have other office duties to do in the afternoons. Yet, while waiting, staff were leaving the offices with handbags and shopping bags. This is unacceptable as some people walk/drive kilometers to register for claims.

Unacceptable retirement
I'm writing this letter because of the situation happening in the company were my mom is working for: she works there for more than 15 years and now is time to retire her boss tell her to go an make a bank account so she can pay her R500 for 6 months.
they were just getting their wages in brown envelope, they don't issue payslips.

STILL NO PAYMENT
claim finalized as there is no further documents outstanding since the 11th of December 2015- to date no one at the UIF offices can tell me why I haven't gotten paid!
after at least 6 phone calls a week and then about once a month I do get to speak to someone but nothing positive comes out of it as they all say they have sent through an "enquiry" but what then?
no action on my uFiling account since the 11th of December 2015??
I was told over the December/January period the Labour Department was short staffed but it's almost March... is everyone still on holiday?
the service in government departments are getting poorer and poorer- I have claimed UIF about 5 years ago and the service then was excellent with perfect turn around time and now..... its very sad!

Maternity Benefit
I submitted my claim in November 2015 using ufiling. My baby was born on the 04th December 2015. Until today I have not received anything from the UIF.
In January when I called to check I was advised there was documents outstanding. I sent those documents to a lady by the name of Jane Mashabela and got email confirmation on the 12th January 2016 that the documents have been received. I called a few times after that but could not get hold of the offices. eventually after a few days i did get hold of someone only to be advised that Jane doesn't work there and its impossible to have received an email from her on the 12th January as she has left before that date.
On the 8th February 2016 I went to the offices and was sent to the claims office in Pretoria then back to head office. At head office i handed in the forms that was outstanding and was told I will need to reapply. I did this on the 8th February and sent all the documents to the offices that was requested. After receiving an sms yesterday to say the documents is still outstanding I called the offices today, after holding for so long i finally spoke to someone just to be told i should email the documents. No one could give me any other information either and even after asking to speak to a manager i was told no one can assist me in this regard, not even a manager, the documents will need to be sent to them again, even after confimation on my ufiling that it was received the 1st time I did the claim.
The service when going to the office and over the phone has been a nightmare. Ufiling was supposed to make it easier for people yet its just as difficult as sitting at the offices. I go back to work in April and still have not received anything from the UIF.
Something needs to be done with the service people are receiving from the UIF, I am sick of hearing excuses that documents are outstanding or something like that.

UIF claim
I lodged a UIF claim beginning of November 2015 and was given the 7th January 2016. I was told all paperwork was received but not captured. I was again given the 28th January 2016 where I was told the same story and given a new date of 3 March 2016. I called HO numerous times and also emailed complaint and my payslips and IRP5s but nobody got back to me from Pretoria.
Obviously am not working and have been paying UIF for 7 years...why do I have to suffer and attain a bad credit history? With what money should I travel for nothing and call the call centre?

Maternity leave payment still outstanding
Still no payment for maternity leave for 5 months. When I get hold of UIF workers the same story, paperwork outstanding. As I sent the paperwork the workers conferm that all the paperwork is there. The paperwork is send 4 times now. And if I try to get hold of Mandla in Klerksdorp office the lady on the switchbord tells me I cant talk to him he is to busy he cant do anything. Got there only to be told that ,i must come back again next month on the 3 march 2016.they said my claim has never been approved. UIF maternity claim
I submitted my Uif claim for maternity benifits on the 22 october 2016. Till date I have not received a cent. Every time I call and eventually get through to the call center it is the same problem, I need to resubmit my banking form, even though my details are still the same as original claim. I have resubmitted these forms a minimum of 15 times in two months time and still nothing changes. I have submitted them 10 times directly to the supervisor, Julia Twala via email and not even that helps. My employer pays my uif on time every month but when we as emlpoyees need to claim back, which is infact our money as we pay uif monthly, it takes forever to get OUR money. This comes down to theft as they are taking our money anf then not paying our claims.
Can someone whom is competant in doing their job please contact me to get this matter sorted as I will be taking it futher.

UIF NOT PAID
I had my baby in early October (applied for UIF in late September already), and am now back at work, yet I have not received a cent from the UIF.
My husband and I desperately need the money owed to us in order to pay off things from the past 4 months when I was supposed to be receiving UIF.
We keep getting told that things are missing, even AFTER we have been told that everything is in order and we should receive the funds within the next few days. This is even after contacting the head office. We have emailed, faxed, called, etc.
Any help?

UFILING ASSISTANCE
MORNING, I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET OUR UFILING ACCOUNT UP AND RUNNING TO DO OUR UFILING.
BYT WE CAN'T GET ANY ASSISTANCE IN ACTIVATING OUR ACCOUNT. WE HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS SINCE 18 JANUARY 2016 TO THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT BUT HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER.
